H.E.A.L.

INNER MONGOLIA GRASSLANDS. A few days of hiking trip through the endless grasslands where the sensation of being nowhere and everywhere at the same time was constantly present. That evening we reached the spot very late. The small trail to the uphill got me upset. Once there some anger and frustration were present but could turn around and meet the red sky before me. That was a moment of H.E.A.L. within Nature, indeed. I honored that moment with a few steps around the Tibetan Buddhist shrine made of stones, and usually done in the mountains area.I paused before the amazing sunset and connected with body.Through the Awareness of the natural space around me, I was able to create some space inward to those sensations which actually gave room to AWE! H.E.A.L.  to me describes not just the goal but more the process that guides us through the stages of healing and self-awareness. It‘s an acronym that came to me through my personal journey as a mindfulness and self-compassion practitioner and coach and I use and describe it as :

Harmony from within Finding inner balance and alignment.

Embrace what is there: Accepting where you are without judgment.

Allowing yourself to be there: Being present and gentle with yourself.

Love yourself: Cultivating self-compassion and care.

It’s a process of self-acceptance and growth that resonates well with the principles of mindfulness and the natural world.

—which of the four components of H.E.A.L. resonates most with you?

—how does NATURE support and teach us to H.E.A.L. ?

I am offering a personal session or group session based on H.E.A.L. inspired by the teaching received by T.BRACH and NATURE wisdom. Welcome to drop me a message by email or Whatsapp to share more
